2021 is approaching fast and it’s time again to do our annual planning.

Unlike last year, your organizational plans may be subject to more ongoing changes due to the current business climate. Remember: Remain flexible and optimistic.

If presenting your marketing plan to senior executives, the most significant change I forecast is that you need to earnestly evaluate the impact the economy has on your industry, competitive landscape, and customer behavior. Your team must identify key actions to secure more leads and support sales during this time.

In the past, many marketers would add the economic analysis and competitive findings such as SWOT analysis as part of back-up slides. When marketers present their annual plan, they typically want to get to the meat, the overall plan, and focus less on SWOT analysis. This time the situation has changed.

However, for this time around, your ability to articulate the impact of external environments and customer behavior changes is a crucial part of your measurable 2021 marketing strategy and plan because it guides your plan and recommendations.

In this webinar, you’ll learn how to:

– Incorporate key elements to your plan to make it measurable
– Communicate customer journey or behavior changes
– Build sales enablement and support as part of your plan

Bonus: You’ll get marketing strategy templates. 🙂
