When marketers present their annual plan, they typically want to get to the meat, the overall plan, and focus less on SWOT analysis. This time the situation has changed.
However, for this time around, your ability to articulate the impact of external environments and customer behavior changes is a crucial part of your measurable 2021 marketing strategy and plan because it guides your plan and recommendations.
