From Prompts to Impact: AI, Storytelling, and Personal Brand Growth

PamDidner

Q1 has been anything but typical.

I’ve been speaking on everything from personal branding and storytelling with AI to Copilot training and AI-driven GTM planning.

Honestly, AI is exciting… and exhausting. Well, mostly exhausting. It adds so much stress to all of us. Ugh.

I’m constantly learning, testing, and teaching at the same time. Some days I feel ahead. Most days, I feel behind. (Haha.) But that’s the reality of working in AI right now—we’re all figuring it out as we go.

From Invisible to Trusted: Building Your Personal Brand

Personal branding isn’t about becoming an influencer—it’s about making sure the right people understand your value.

I break down five core elements —reputation, credibility, personality, expertise, and promotion—and explain how to build your brand internally before taking it externally.

Why Your Team Isn’t Using Microsoft Copilot (And How to Fix It)

Most companies are seeing only 10–15% adoption.

The issue isn’t the tool—it’s the lack of practical, role-based training.

In this post, I share how customized Copilot training using your own data and workflows can save teams up to 30 hours per month.

Authentic Storytelling: Where AI Meets Creativity

At B2BMX, I walked through how to use AI without losing your human touch—what works, what doesn’t, and how to stay true to your brand voice. A lot of practical takeaways.

If you want your team to move from ideas to action, I offer 60- and 90-minute sessions. Let’s talk.

Copilot Tips and Tricks

1. Use Copilot as Your Enterprise Search Engine

Ask natural language questions to find files across OneDrive, SharePoint, and email
Example: “Find the Q4 sales deck shared with me last month”
Perfect when you don’t remember file names or locations

2. Turn Meetings into Action with Copilot in Teams

Turn on transcription + recording so Copilot captures everything
Ask questions in chat when multitasking: “What action items have we discussed?”
Generate instant recaps with decisions and next steps
Use “Summarize what I missed” to catch up quickly.

3. Prompt for Outcomes, Not Tasks (Especially in Excel)

Don’t say: “Summarize column D”
Say: “Help me identify what drove the change in Q4 sales”
Use structured tables and refine answers with follow-ups

4 AI Tools to Boost Your Productivity This Month

I’m always testing new tools to see what actually moves the needle for marketers. Here are four I think you should try:

Jasper AI – Allows you to build content pipelines with strong “Brand IQ” controls, ensuring AI-generated copy aligns with your brand voice.

Descript – Enables editing audio and video by simply editing text. Features include removing filler words, improving audio quality, and voice cloning.

Canva (Magic Studio) – Empowers marketers to quickly generate ad creatives, resize designs, and remove backgrounds without formal design training.

Demandbase (AI) – Uses AI to identify buying signals, predict in-market accounts, and automate personalized outreach, aligning sales and marketing efforts.
