The pandemic has put marketers to the test. We are constantly wrestling with the challenge: to market or not to market, that is the question.

We need to be fast and slow at the same time: fast to communicate; yet be patient to wait for executives to communicate (and re-communicate) new business directions. Everything seems to be a moving target, and it’s not easy to change the marketing strategy.

In this webinar, I’m not going to tell you what or how you should market. That’s different from industry to industry and company to company. You need to make that call based on business direction, product offerings, and your customers’ sentiments and needs.

In this webinar, I’ll focus on sharing the process that you need to set up internally to be nimble and agile, which will help you change your marketing strategy.

Also, I’ll touch on the key elements of marketing that you should pay attention to in order to have a holistic view of your marketing. Essentially, I’d like to show you how to plan and re-plan your marketing while continuing to focus on execution.

If you have any questions about your marketing strategy, please send me questions. I’ll make an effort to address it as part of the webinar.
